| about |  Simon Scott Building Designer is dedicated to the design of high quality buildings in a wide range of expertise from low residential to multi-residential, high rise, commercial office, retail, educational and interior design. Based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia led by Simon Scott, BDAQ MCIOB MAPM, who presents over 14 years of international design experience with private and public clients with award-winning architects, as well as experienced project management. SSBD is a fully accredited building design firm; member of QBDA and BSA open licence which allows SSBD to design and document projects of any size. SSBD is licenced to carry out works in QLD, interstate (NSW and VIC) and internationally. Prior to establishing SSBD, Simon was working for a number of Developers on retail, mixed use, industrial and office developments, as well as many Government projects- including school buildings and community facilities. Simon is passionately committed to designing innovative and sustainable buildings and prides himself on the ability to provide a tailored services to his clients.
